When is Daylight Savings Time 2008?. Daylight Savings Time is the convention of advancing clocks so that afternoons have more daylight and mornings have less. Typically clocks are adjusted forward one hour near the start of spring and are adjusted backward in autumn.

I don’t really know the main essence of this practice but it seems that Daylight Savings Time is accepted worldwide. In the US Daylight Savings Time will be begin just after the celebration of the Halloween that is November 2 and before the Presidential Election.

In the movie National Treasure Daylight Savings Time was tackled when they are looking for the shadow. You are are curious when will be the time changes that would be next week November 2.
