Atty Valix Materials Removed By Request
Hello guys sorry for the late updates of this site, administrators of this blog went missing for the couple of weeks… We appreciate your support to this site especially to those future CPAs you are all the only source of traffic of this blog site. In a couple of days many like you, reviewees and undergrad will be searching Accounting Materials and Key Answers of various Accounting books… We tried to give you the best materials and key answers to your request in the past as we believe that everybody should have a equal opportunity to be a CPA.
Unfortunately we have been requested by Ronald Valix to removed the related materials, which is the key answers for Financial Accounting Ed. 2008. Key answers were given to accounting professor as their guide in using the said books. So we have to deal with the request accordingly to avoid any legal consequences for posting here the said answer key that make it available for all with internet access. Below were the exact words of Mr. Valix:

Though we want to help everyone to have all the accounting materials we also respect author’s request not to have their Key Answers known or available to everyone online. We are asking for forgiveness to Mr. Ronald Valix esp. to Atty Valix himself for our misdeeds hope you understand our goal in doing such things we don’t intent any copyright infringement.
We have to clarify that Atty Valix Materials in this site was removed as requested, to those who have copies already we can’t do anything about it but to implore you not to post it again online to avoid legal battle.

To the author of this blog,
Thank you for granting my request of removing the said solution manuals on this blog. Let me just clarify some things: first, i know that the author of this blog had no intention of copyright infringement and the intention is to help reviewees / CPA-to-be’s and also undergrad students to fully understand the Financial Accounting subject. And second, our family and I, especially my dad, feels disrespected everytime we hear from someone that the solution manuals of each of my dad’s books were distributed through the internet without his permission knowing that these manuals were suppose to be confidential between my dad and the professors who have a copy of them. My dad, himself, told them that those were confidential.
The issue here is ethics and these ethical issues that I am ranting are the confidentiality of those manuals, the widespread posting through the internet without permission, and most importantly the consensual agreement between my dad and professors which I think they did not follow.
I want also to clarify that we are not being selfish with the manuals. My dad only wants you to ask permission to him personally and i know for a fact that he would gladly show you the solutions.
Again thank you for granting my request and I wish nothing of this will happen again. To the current reviewees for the Oct board, always keep the faith and don’t forget to pray!

May I please have the permission to have the Financial Accounting Solution Manuals Volume 1, 2, and 3 2008 Edition?
I need it for my review…
It is a very useful tool for me to explain and answer every questions in the book…
I believe it will help me in the future…

with all due respect to Atty. Valix, may I have a copy of the solution manual for financial accounting volume one, i hope you do understand that financial accounting is very difficult specially for us, students, that’s why we need some guidance on the book, thanks.

I am just an undergrad, but naturally it helps a lot in my studies to correct solutions of my own which are often misleaded if I do them without key solutions or solutions manuals
