We would like to apologize to all people who are requesting review materials for CPA board exam, we could not face your big request for the time being as we are having problem with the site maintenance and possible host transfer to avoid any downtime like what happened last few days. Downtime makes this site unaccessible to everybody so we would like to ask for your ample understanding on our side.

The materials related to Atty. Valix was removed on this site as per request of the party related to Mr. Atty Valix. Other materials are already been posted for everyone’s disposal but we cannot do otherwise if the said materials will be deleted or removed upon request, you can check in the Test Bank category for the materials.

We would like to reiterate that all Solution Manual and review materials that you may get here is free of charge. We don’t ask any penny for that as we believe that everybody has the right to have access to those materials but unfortunately we came to our attention that some scrupulous people selling materials which they got here for free  especially the Valix Solution manual. We will not name names, people you know who you are. Yes it is very nature of “Accountants” to be business oriented as it is what is expected of us but please make sure that your being business oriented individual is in the proper venue.

Again we are humbly asking for your understanding and a little cooperation so this site will continue to live and help people achieving their dreams or our dreams for that matter – a title CPA.
