Miss Philippines Karla Paula Henry was crowned Miss Earth 2008. Karla outwit and outsmart other Miss Earth candidates as she reign as Miss Earth 2008 Winner. Karla Paula Henry also bagged special award, Miss Photogenic, as she proved that Philippines is a Country of Smile.

Judging from overall performance of the candidates, It was Karla answers that made her this year Miss Earth 2008. Miss Tanzania’s answer were also good but the delivery is not good and she did pause for awhile maybe because she was nervous or something.

This year Miss Earth Final question was: “If you have a chance to speak to Newly Elected US President, Barack Obama, about the state of Global environment, what will you tell him?”
